Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 May 2026
These Terms govern your use of playersengine.com (the "Site"), operated by Nic Vannetti, doing business as Players Engine, Italy ("we", "us"). They apply only to the Site — the beta product at beta.playersengine.com has its own terms.
By using the Site or submitting your email, you accept these Terms.
What the Site is
The Site is a coming-soon landing page for an unreleased product. Nothing on it should be read as a binding offer, prospectus, or guarantee. Features, timelines, copy, and pricing may change at any time without notice. The platform may also never launch.
What submitting your email means
- You confirm the email is yours and that you're at least 16 years old.
- You consent to receive one confirmation email immediately, plus at most one launch announcement and (for beta requests) one invite email.
- You can withdraw consent any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing info@playersengine.com.
- Submitting your email does not grant you beta access, priority in the queue, a price, or any other commitment from us.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Submit an email that isn't yours.
- Automate signups or attempt to exhaust our rate limits.
- Probe, scan, or attack the Site or its supporting services.
- Use the Site for anything illegal or to harass anyone.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, copy, graphics, and the "Players Engine" name are ours. You may share screenshots and link to the Site freely; you may not republish content as your own.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or error-free behaviour. The Site may go down, change, or disappear without notice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site is limited to €0. Nothing in these Terms limits liability we cannot limit under applicable law (e.g. gross negligence or wilful misconduct under Italian law).
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's place of residence, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue in your local court.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
